- A guarantee deposit of 500 euros is required as well as the balance of your reservation: 30 days before the rental date.
- Pets allowed within reasonable limits
- Pets on site: 1 large dog (Border Collie), 1 small dog (Jack Russell), 3 cats, hens (in henhouse).

At the Perpignan sud exit (42), take the D900 departmental road through Pollestres, then take the D40 departmental road towards Perpignan, up to Tresserre. Follow signs for "site Bataille du Boulou" until you reach rue du Pla del Rey. We're at number 9. - From Spain :
